Possibly related to the Wii's cut TV Remote feature in the system menu or the Japanese-only TV Guide channel.

RVL-201	Wii Mini	Unhackable with current methods as SD, GC and Wifi are removed. Originally was going to have WiFi but got canceled. Also has test pads for the SD card and GC and traces of the WiFi card in it.
