The RVT-H Reader is a debug version of the Wii that uses a hard drive. Thus, there is no optical drive.
RVT-H Readers are the only Wii development kits to have internal hard drives. As such, they are the only Wii development kits which may contain game prototypes or other apps (such as RVL_DIAG).
