The Check Mii Out Channel (commonly known as "CMOC") was a Wii channel where you could submit Miis for popularity contests.
Promo
Some game discs contain a promo channel for CMOC in their update partition. This channel displays on the Wii Menu as CMOC, but does not contain the actual contents and offers to let you download them from the Wii Shop Channel.
