Hollywood is the Wii's main system chip, containing the GX GPU, 24MB of 'internal' 1T-SRAM (MEM1), the IOP, and other devices used by the Wii. While the Broadway is the Wii's main CPU, the Hollywood provides a majority of the Wii's hardware devices (especially those which differentiates it from the GameCube) and is the first chip booted (except when 'debug boot' is used and enabled in the Hollywood's eFuses).
