Looking at the filename, it's easy to tell this archive contains a backup of a CVS repository from July 13, 2010. This CVS repository contained 6 folders, including one named "pokemon", which contained the source code for Pokemon Diamond & Pearl.

• Different D/P source code repo, ending in March of 2006 pokemon\pokemon_dp
• Source code for a Korean font conversion tool for Diamond/Pearl pokemon\yama_work
• Source code for a tool used to upload VC titles to the Wii Shop Channel noriproj\vc
• Source code for some obscure tool made by a Nintendo dev noriproj\WallPaperPasswordMaker
