The SystemUpdater is a name for a cartridge that was used during development for the Nintendo DSi. The cartridge can update or downgrade to v1.4, as well as change the region.
Features
The features for this cartridge are very simple. The cartridge contains updates for all regions (including China and Korea) and they will be installed when selected. When an update is started, everything on the NAND will be erased during the process and new factory data will be copied over to the console. The CID and Console ID will be changed as well (unconfirmed).
