This folder contains many files and subfolders related to the development of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Looking at its contents, it seems like it could be someone's personal work folder or a that of a group. The "yama" in the name of the folder could be referring to Hitoshi Yamagami, one of the main people who worked on Diamond/Pearl at Nintendo.

This folder contains the source code for a Korean font conversion tool for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. There are many different subfolders, numbered by date, named "fromNOE" and "DP". These could be email attachment dumps, similar to the contents of [[from_Nintendo.rar]].
