Uninstalls the Wii Menu for installing a newer menu or for installing an old menu (Compatibilty Test)

Uninstalls the [[Wii System Menu]] and installs the [[NDEV Menu]] on devkits. Several versions are available, from which different NDEV Menu versions can be extracted.
