The Wii Menu Changer is a first-party Wii Menu version changer. However, instead of uninstalling the titles, it installs another version without deleting all the titles.
The Wii Menu Changer was created to succeed the earlier series of Wii Menu install discs, including Wii Menu Install Disc Ver.1 (containing 3 different regional versions of Wii Menu 1.0) and Wii Menu Install Disc Ver.2.
