Looking at the contents of 20090512.rar, it can be assumed that these files were originally supposed to be a part of something like [[from_Nintendo.rar]], an email dump containing files sent from Nintendo to iQue. 20090512.rar contains what seems to be a dump of an iQue [[Wii Startup Disc]], along with other data and information.
