In summary, the disc shows information about the console, allows for the Wii's friend code to be changed, and transfers VC/WiiWare tickets and other data like save games and settings off the console onto an SD card. It also has an option to "install dev certs", which installs a pair of dummy WADs which do nothing.

There are two known and released versions of the disc, version 1.3 and version 1.31. Version 1.31 has the title ID "410E", whereas 1.3 has the title ID "010E". No other versions of the disc are known, but earlier versions can be presumed to exist. As with the other repair centre discs, it is unknown if different versions of these discs exist for different regions, as the only available copies are USA region.

The only version of the disc for which a physical copy has been seen in the wild is v1.31, but newer versions were found in the [[Zammis Clark Breach]].
