NandFiler is the name of an application that comes bundled with Nintendo DSi SDK’s, also known as the DSi Panda. This application is the equivalent to SaveDataFiler, a SDK tool for the Nintendo 3DS that allows you to import or export save files in the save file folder of the specified DSiWare.
