The Logitech Cordless Keyboard for Wii is a keyboard that's made specially for Wii. It communicates with the Wii using a wireless dongle. It was released in the US, France, Germany, Spain and Japan (under the Logicool brand, the Japanese name for Logitech).
The Japan version of the keyboard also came in a Monster Hunter Tri version, but it seems that the keyboard is the same - just the packaging is different and it came with a special Monster Hunter-themed bag.
It was required for this specific keyboard to be tested for games that supported a keyboard in order to pass Lotcheck. (Nintendo also recommended you test the keyboard with the Logitech Classic Keyboard 200.)
