20100713cvs_backup.tar.7z was an archive leaked to /ppg/ during the "gigaleak" on July 24, 2020. It contained a dump of a fileserver that was used during the development of Pokemon Diamond/Pearl at Game Freak, and looking at the filename, it can be assumed this was dumped on July 13, 2010. The fileserver stored a CVS repository which could be worked on locally or remotely. The files found in the CVS repository include the full source code for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl, with most of, if not all of its development history and source control data, and there were also some small developer tools related to Pokemon Diamond/Pearl along with their source code.
Prior to 20100713cvs_backup.tar.7z being leaked, on May 23, 2020, a dump of the source code for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl from August 16, 2006 was leaked to 4chan. This could have been either an already existing backup of the source code from 20100713cvs_backup.tar.7z, or it could have been checked out (dumped) from the repository, by the leaker.
