Setting.txt is a file in the Wii System Menu's title data folder which contains setting information about a particular Wii console. It is encrypted using XOR with a fixed constant. It contains the following fields:
Area - Console intended sale region
Model - Console model string (e.g. "RVL-001(USA)")
DVD - Unknown, probably related to Wii DVD Support and the cancelled Wii with DVD player functionality
MPCH - Multiplayer channel for wireless communication
Serno: Serial number, set by serNoReg in RVL_UJI_DIAG
Video: System video region
Game: System game region
