The '''RVL-BOOT1-03''' was an internal tool that was used in repair centers to edit [[eFuse]] bits after burning to change the [[boot1]] hash and fix the strncmp bug! It is used together with the RVL-BOOT1-04, which replaces the actual boot1 in the NAND.
