The Japan version of the keyboard also came in a Monster Hunter Tri version, but it seems that the keyboard is the same - just the packaging is different and it came with a special Monster Hunter-themed bag.

It was required for this specific keyboard to be tested for games that supported a keyboard in order to pass Lotcheck. (Nintendo also recommended you test the keyboard with the [[Logitech Classic Keyboard 200]].)
