RVL-Ocean

The RVL-Ocean is a board sold on Taobao in 2023. It's believed to have been used for testing the Wii's disc drive.

There's also an accompanying RVL-Turtle board with NOR flash containing an unknown program.

One Turtle board has been dumped. It contained a program called "Free Loader" (unrelated to the Datel product) that can load executables off the Gamecube memory card or BBA.
