Mocha is the internal name for the Wii U's MCM, its main chip containing the Espresso CPU and Latte chipset. It's not actually silkscreened on the package, but is known to be called this due to some leaked factory material.
The name hasn't been documented outside of Nintendo until recently, but following the Wii U's coffee naming scheme, homebrew such as "Mocha CFW" used the Mocha name not knowing it already had an official use.
