CTR Eva - Import

CTR Eva Import is used to install the final firmware onto 3DS consoles in the factory.

Different copies of Import exist for different regions, firmware versions, and whether the console is retail/developer-keyed. romfs/import contains each title as a CIA.

Known versions that have been dumped are listed below.

* In the rom, romfs/misc/PackageVersion.dat (or romfs/misc/RspVersion.dat) contains the firmware version

Titles are compared against the system update titlelist (for retail) and SystemUpdater (for dev)
